Ladies, You deserve to be recognized by a man who sees you as being nothing less than one of God’s most divine creations. There was a time when Men truly understood their role in a Woman’s life. See 40-50 years ago we understood our roles as providing, protecting and uplifting our Beautiful women. We didn’t just see them as sexual conquest. We saw them as being more. Back then, We cherished women being the glue that kept our families together. Back then we appreciated them being our voice of reason and our voice of motivation, Because no one can motivate a man like a woman can. See back then we understood that, God placing women under our care was a job not to take lightly. And we knew that disrespecting women in any way that could chip away at their self esteem and value, Would be like smacking God in the face. We have to get back to those times where we truly treated women like pearls and buried treasure.

Morning Word
Struggle was designed to make you appreciate your rewards. If you were handed everything you ever wanted in life without experiencing pain throughout the process you wouldn’t truly value what you have. You wont truly value a good lover until you’ve been through a few bad ones. You won’t truly value a good job until you’ve had a few terrible ones. And you wouldn’t be able to truly value the blessings headed your way, If you didnt experience the burdens present in your life right now. When you’re on the journey from pain to glory, You learn lessons you wouldn’t be able to if things were just handed to you. God has got some great things and great people lined up for you in your life, But He needs to make sure that He can trust that you’ll appreciate them first. And when your headed for glory you learn the value of appreciation.

It’s just something about having a good one that makes your days even more pleasant. The one who can always put a smile on your face, When the rest of the world is trying to do the opposite. But to have someone like that, Requires a certain level of sacrifice. Being obedient, Having faith and trusting in the Lord will always see you through. And just because the people you have dealt with before ended up being burdens, Doesnt mean that God still can’t usher you a Blessing. There is still someone out there being worked on so that they can love your heart correctly. Someone who doesn’t run games, But believes in being your teammate in life. Someone who doesnt keep drama, Because they are too focused on bringing you peace. Yeah there is still someone out there for you being worked on. Just be prepared when you finally have your blessing.

We’ve all tried painting someone into a different person, When we should have just been appreciating who they were at face value. We grow up believing that our relationships aren’t moving in the right direction unless we endure a series of ups and downs. People who didnt know how to love us, Have conditioned us into believing that if we aren’t fighting, Something must be wrong. Subconsciously we have mistaken fighting for passion and peace for boredom. But what if I told you that love shouldn’t feel like a burden but a blessing? What if someone walked into your life right now and reprogrammed everything you ever thought about love and showed you an easier way to enjoy being happy? Love was meant to be easy. It’s being with the wrong person that will make it hard.

….But see, He’s been through his own trials with love too. He got taken for granted by a woman who just couldn’t appreciate him. And being that she didnt have her father in her life, Her demeanor was always catered towards “Fuck Niggaz”. So when he entered her life as a gentleman, He couldn’t properly be received nor appreciated because, The man who helped give her life, Walked out of her’s so to soften her blow she started walking over every man she has ever dealt with. And being that no father figure ever set the bar for her as a child showing her how she should be treated by a real man, The only gentleman she ever knew, She threw away, Not knowing that he could have saved her life…

What She Looked For

….And then it all made sense. What she looked for in a companion had to mature. And because she looked for more concrete qualities in a man, It allowed for an even more solid foundation to be built. She stopped searching for the best looking, And started waiting patiently on the one who brought the best out of her. Because any man who could levitate the pain she went through, And replace that with pure joy was definitely a man worth loving. She didn’t want to be taken advantage of anymore, She just wanted to be taken serious. And then it dawned on her that, A man serious about God would definitely be serious about her..

Learning Wrong & Loving Right

“Morning Word: I hate that two or three bad people has changed your outlook on love and how you view yourself. I dont know why but, Sometimes God makes sure that you get it wrong first before you ever get it right. If you didnt have someone wasting your time, You would never know how important patience is. If you didnt have someone taking you for granted, You would never stop to appraise yourself. If you didnt have someone tearing apart your trust, You would never learn how to practice true forgiveness. If you didnt have someone cheating on you, You would have never learned the value of not cheating yourself and settling. Sometimes you learn wrong before you love right. You wont appreciate the sun, Unless you been through the storm first. And you wont appreciate a soulmate until someone has made your soul break.”

Morning Word,
There are going to be some events that happen in your life that you are not prepared for. There are going to be some people in your life that leave your corner as soon as someone else is crowned champion. When Life knocks you down, Embrace the stumble because struggle brings strength. And your Faith needs to be weather tested. You need to learn how to stand still in the middle of a storm sometimes, Instead of always running home for shelter. Your courage needs to be built. Your faith needs to be unwavering. You have to know beyond knowing that things will always get better no matter how bad it gets. Remember God will see you through.

Loving One Another

Morning Word
When it came to showing love and humility, Jesus was great at displaying both of these. There is a part in the bible where he washes each of his 12 disciples feet, And then tells them “To love one another the same way that I have loved you”. And that got me thinking, If Jesus who is widely known for being praised and doing miracles can humble himself and take time to wash the feet of the ones who followed him, Shouldn’t we be able to operate the same way when we are in love? Shouldnt we be able to remove our ego’s and do whatever it took to put a smile on our significant other’s face, Regardless of how small or how great the generous act was? If we loved each other the same way Jesus loved his disciples, Wouldnt we both be building a solid foundation of unselfishness? Wouldn’t we both be building a bridge of kindness that our love could travel back and forth to each other on? Wouldn’t we be a lot better off as couples? Amen?
